Harden Roof Mural

Painted in collaboration with Scott Nagy, this large-scale roof mural was created for the Harden Murrumburrah Visitor Information Centre to attract attention to the new facility and celebrate the identity of the surrounding region.

The design brings together local history, agriculture and tourism through a bold, colourful composition. Imagery including railway tracks, a horse, a dragon, cherries, stone fruit and kites references the area’s Light Horse history, Chinese mining heritage, rural industries and local attractions.

Painted directly across the corrugated roof, the artwork transforms the building itself into a highly visible landmark and creates a memorable introduction to Harden Murrumburrah for visitors to the region.
